Assicmment. Lessee shall not assign this Lease, nor <br />sublease the Property to any other person, firm or entity without <br />the prior written consent of Lessor, which consent shall not be <br />unreasonably withheld. <br />14. Attorneys' Fees and Costs. In the event either of the <br />respective parties hereto shall default in any of their covenants <br />or obligations herein provided and the party not in default <br />commences legal or equitable action against the defaulting party, <br />the defaulting party expressly agrees to pay all reasonable <br />expenses of said litigation, including a reasonable sum for <br />attorneys' fees. <br />15. Governing T.aw. This Lease shall be governed by and its <br />terms construed under the laws of the State of Colorado. <br />16. Bindina Effect.
