SURRENDER OF PREMISES. OWNERSHIP OF LEASED PREMISES. REAL PROPERTY TAXES. ROZMAN will pay all real ~' <br />property taxes and assessments levied on the lease premises as the <br />same become due and payable and shall allow no lien to attach <br />thereto or the payment of taxes to become delinquent. <br />zp. CONDEMNATION.
