Reporting • <br />Discharg~Ylonitorin¢ Reoort.• Bowie Resources, Ltd. must submit a Discharge Monitoring Repot,: (DMR) for <br />outfall 004 art a u rt r basis to the Division, as currently required for the other authorized outjalls. 17tis <br />report should contain the required summarization ojthe test results for parameters shown in TabL~ VI-2 and <br />Parts /. B, 1. and 1.8.2. of the permit. See the permit, Part I.E.I. for deutils on such subtnission. EPA no <br />longer requires submittal to them of duplicate copies of discharge monitoring repots for minor facilities. <br />Therefore, the US Environmental Protection Agency Regiart VIII has been eliminated from Part I.E.1. of the <br />permit (Routine Reporting of Data). <br />2. Special Reports: Special reports are required in the event of a spill, bypass, or other noncompliance. Please <br />refer to Part I. E. of the permit for reporting requirements and Part /I.A. for notification requirements. As <br />above, submiual of these reports to the US Environmental Protection Agency Region VII/ is no longer required <br />D. Corrt~nce Schedule -Flow Measurement and Recording - In order to provide adequate influent flow <br />measuring and recording capability, a schedule will be included in the permit. The permittee will be required <br />to complete installation of the continuous influent flow recorder within 90 days after the permit becomes <br />effective and submit written notification to the Division within 10 days after completion that such installation <br />has been completed. See Pan I.A.3. of the permit. <br />E. Permit Chaages <br />• <br />As a result ojthis amendment, the table of contents (page 2) is amended to show the incorporation of new pages and <br />sections and the renumbering of existing sections; new permit pages 4a through 4jand 8a, 9a and 9b are being <br />added to add ej)7uent limitations, biosolids requirements and monitoring requirements for outfall 004; pages S <br />through 8 are ameruied to accommodate renumbering ojthe permit sections ors those pages that now fall after the <br />new biosolids language; and pages 9 and 10 are being amended to include biosolids monitoring requirements and <br />accommodate addition of a definition of composite sampling. <br />ton C.
