IL, SPECIAL BTIPUL.AT IONS - Continued <br />(c) Prior [o cemmenceren[ of any operations, the l3censre shall arrange wich <br />[he Area Manager for a joint field inspection with representatives of [he licensee, <br />the Bureau of Land Management, and (if .desired by [he Ilia ing Supervisor) [he <br />D.S. Geological Survey Eor final approval of the location of all access roads <br />and drill sites. The Area `tanager shall de[erm ine <br />whether such conditions axis[ and shall notify [he licensee that operations must <br />tease. <br />(e) The licer.sce shall notify [he Area ilanager at lees[ 48 hours before commence- <br />ment of any drilltng. <br />(£) 'Ihe licensee shall stockpile all topsoil removed for explo ra [ion operations <br />and return such topsoil [o the disturbed site 6efo re reseeding. All disturbed <br />areas will be reshaped to as near the or161na1 contour as possible. All cleared <br />vegetation will be scattered back aver disturbed sites. <br />(g) The licensee shall notify [he Area 1lanager as soon as possible of any tem- <br />porary or ex[rnded shu[dow of operations. <br />• (h) The licensee shall keep all trails, drillsi[es, and campsites clean and <br />orderly during exploration activities. All garbage and debris generated by [he <br />activities herein licensed shall be removed h_v [he licensee [o an authorized <br />landfill. <br />(1) The Licensee shall use existing roads wherever possible. lfiere roads do no[ <br />exist, equipment will be •aalked across terrain, if practical. <br />(j) As soon as practical after completion of each drill hole, [he licensee shall <br />rood i[SOn each drill hole by pl ugging and capping it in comp Liance wich [he standards <br />and procedures prescribed by the D,B. Seed will either be <br />drilled or broadcast and dragged Eor coverage. All disturbed areas will be scarified <br />by the licensee prior [o reseeding.
