Heffner - 2 - January 15, 1992 <br />The operator agreed to either post the full amount of financial warranty <br />increase stated in item 1 and 2 above by March 1, 1992, or submit a plan <br />to the Division by January 24, 1992 describing what amount of warranty <br />increase that will be posted, along with a schedule of reclamation <br />activity that will commence immediately to reduce the current reclamation <br />liability. The reclamation schedule proposed by the company must be <br />approved by the Division. In any event, the amount of bond posted with <br />Division must be adequate to complete any outstanding reclamation at the <br />the two sites (M-73-007 and M-77-213) and be posted with the Division by <br />March 1, 1992. <br />If the requested increases in financial warranty are not in place by <br />March 1, 1992, the Division will proceed with sending a Notice of Possible <br />Violation to the operator to bring the matter before the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board at the March 25-26, 1992 meeting. <br />If you have additional questions or concerns, please call. <br />Sincerely, <br />H.
