The Division had requested
the operator to post the additional warranty by January 31, 1992 or face
possible violation.
The operator stated in the meeting that it will have a difficult time meeting
the January 31, 1992 deadline and asked for an extension. As a result, both
the Division and the operator agreed on the following items:
The operator agreed that an additional $752,000 in financial warranty,
for a total of $882,000, is necessary for the Daniel's Sand Pit No. 2,
Permit No. M-73-007.
2. The operator agreed to provide to the Division by January 24, 1992 a
statement from Continental Materials, the parent company for Transit Mix
Concrete and Castle Concrete, as to how close Continental Materials could
come in obtaining an increase in the financial warranties for the two
pits.
III IIIIIIIIIIIII III ATE c~ coLORADo
999 - ~ -- - .
