ERkIBIT E
Reclamation Plan
The area that is affected at the present time has 4
stockpiles of usable gravel. The remaining mined area
will be used for future stock piles. Two of theseā¢.piles
will be eliminated around April, but the area x1.11 be .
needed for the other piles so I see no reclamation to
take place for approximently 2 years.
We will continue to stock pile the top soil to-
rrazds the nest end of the mine where xe have 2 piles
already. The top soil is removed by scrappers or our
D-8 Cat and hauled to the existing piles or pilaf in:a
nex pile. Looking on the mining timetable, you see 'that
we mined right dorm the middle. We are staffing to mine
in the phase one block at the present time. lfhen xe have
the phase one and txo complete and most of the stock piles
are removed we will reclaim +,hese areas before entering
+,he phase three area. So everything west o£ phase 3 & 4
*rill be reclaimed in an orderly fashion before t~r
mined and will continue in a zest to eas pattein. ,
First, our scrappers x111 bring in a fill material to
fill in the holes and graduate out the steep slopes of 1~
/~"
the mining perimeter to be not greater than 1-3. We ~
~
then will place 6-12" of t~*~so11 _over the relamed area

which will betaken from the stocY,pile and some from the ~~I~
phase three area which we x111 begetting ready for mining V\
l
bar our sc?apiwrs. Since we've also been in the farming ~
business for 20 years, we will be very careflall with the
placing of topsoil so there will be very little, if any
condi+,ions for soil erosion. When this is done, the seed
bed will be prepared by pulling a 20' off set disc over
