Coiowyo DMR Review <br />May 2, 2002 <br />Page 2 of 2 Pages <br />Outfa11010 A (Taylor Creek Pond). This pond was reported as having no discharge. There was no <br />discharge at the time of the June on-site inspections by the Division. It was not inspected during the <br />April inspection by the Division. <br />Compliance with rules: <br />4.05.1(3) In no case shall Federal and State water quality statutes, regulations, standards, or <br />effluent limitations be violated. <br />There were self-reported discharges for which Colowyo applied for alternative limits at Outfa11004A <br />(Gulch A Pond) (would waive TSS and Total Iron standards). <br />4.05.13(2)(a)(ii) See the Rules for the text of this rule. <br />A copy of the notice of noncompliance was provided to the Division concurrently with notification <br />to CDPHE, <br />4.05.13(2)(a)(iii) See the Rules for the text of this rule. <br />The reports were submitted to the Division at the same time they were submitted to CDPHE WQD. <br />The reports were submitted on July 23, 2002, and received of the Division on July 29, 2002. <br />Cc: Dan Hernandez (e-mail) <br />Files: DMR reports <br />Ct\W P DOCS\Colowyo\dmr2gn2rvw.doc <br />
