CO-00045161; Second Quarter 2002 DMR The 2"d Quarter 2002 DMR reports were reviewed. The Streeter, East Taylor, West Pit, Gossazd Rail Loop, Gulch A and Sectionl6 Ponds were inspected during the CDMG inspection of June 19, 2002. The West Pit Pond was also inspected during the CDMG inspection of April 3, 2002. The May 30,2002 inspection was an aerial inspection. Outfall 001 A (Streeter Pond). This pond was reported as having dischazged. Parameters aze reported as within allowable primary limits. This pond was discharging during the June on-site inspection by the Division. Outfa11002A (Facilities Area Pond). This pond was reported as having no discharge. This pond was not checked during 2"d quarter on-site inspectionsbythe Division- Outfall 003A (Loadout Pond). This pond was reported as having no discharge. There was no discharge at the time of the June inspection by the Division. This pond was not inspected during the April on-site inspection by the Division. Outfa11004A (Gulch A Pond}. This pond was reported as having dischazged. There was no discharge at the time of the June on-site inspections by the Division. It was not inspected by the Division during the April on-site inspection. Colowyo submitted a request for alternative limits for this pond. The primary limits for TSS are 35 for the 30 day average, and 70 for the daily maximum. Colowyo reported 100 for each pazamater. The primary limits for total iron are 3.5 for the 30 day average and 7 for the daily max. CoIowyo reported 12.3 for each. Outfa11005A (Stoker Coal Pond)_ This pond was reported as having no dischazge. This pond was not checked by the Division during this reporting period. Outfall 006A (Rail Loop Pond). The pond was reported as having no dischazge There was no inspection of this pond by the Division during this reporting period. Outfall 007A (Prospect Pond). This pond was reported as having no discharge. There was no inspection of this pond by the Division during the reporting period. Outfall 008A (West Pit Pond). This pond was reported as having no discharge. There was no discharge at the time of the April and June on-site inspections by the Division. Outfall 009A (Section 16 Pond). This pond was reported as having no dischazge. There was no discharge at the time of June on-site inspection by the Division. This pond was not inspected during the April inspection by the Division.
