Section 810.2 (a) Continued. <br />• Energy Fuels further prides itself in compliance with the multitude <br />of state and federal laws enacted to protect the health and general <br />welfare of the public such as state or federal clean air and clear <br />water legislation. <br />Access into the mining uperation is limited; all visitors are <br />required to check into the mine office before entering the mine. <br />(b) Maximum use and conservation of the solid fuel resource being <br />recovered so that reaffecting the land through future surface coal <br />mining operations can be minimized; <br />The mine plan proposed by Energy Fuels was engineered for the <br />maximum use and conservation of the coal so that reaffecting the <br />land through future surface coal mining will be minimized. Detailed <br />discussions concerning conservation of the solid fuel resource is <br />• found in the Introduction, Section 816.59 and Section 780.11. <br />(c) Prompt reclamation of all affected areas to conditions that are <br />capable of supporting the premining land uses or higher or better land <br />uses; <br />Energy Fuels' plans for prompt reclamation of all affected areas to <br />conditions that are capable of supporting the premining land uses <br />are found in Sections 780.18, 780.21, 780.25, 780.27, and 816.100 <br />through 816.132.
