Prior to moving the facilities in 1985 all applicable State and Federal explosives permits will be modified and approved to reflect the relocation. lamation Plan It is anticipated that the life of the Explosives Storage Area will be concurrent with the life of the Colowyo Mine. Reclamation of the Explosives Storage facility will take place concurrent with the remainder of the mine and associated facilities. Final reclamation will proceed in accordance with the approved plans addressed in Rule 2.05 Operations and Reclamation Plans and Rule 4 Performance Standards in the Colowyo Permit Application Bonding • Construction of the Explosive Storage Area will result in an additional disturbance of approximately nine (9) acres. The disturbance will be located outside of tY.e present bonded area as shown on Map 34 Bond Calculation Man, Central Colowyo's current bond provides a contingency for 3.67 acres of disturbance for an Explosives Storage Area. The proposed Explosives Storage Area is approximately 5.33 acres in excess of that contingency. The bonding calculations detailed below indicate that the additional disturbance could be reclaimed for $7,961.58. Utilizing the bonding cost factors and production factors that were submitted to the Division on July 26, 1982, the projected bonding calculations would be as follows: 1.
