EXHIBIT D - Wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation and Soils Information ' Each of the above-mentioned subjects must be addressed as outlined in the applicable RUZE. ' EXHIBIT E - Reclamation Plan As with the mining plan, this should be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, phases or stages of the reclamation process and those portions of land affected by each. i ' If possible, the plan should be closely correlated with the map. If rot, the narrative must be comprehensive enough to draw an accurate verbal picture of the expected appear- ance of the area after completion of reclamation. ' EXHIBIT F - Proof of Compliance with Local Government Zoning In accordance with 34-32-I15(4)(e), the Board must make a finding that the operation ' will be in compliance with local zoning or subdivision regulations. You are not required to submit this information, but a submission would assist the Division's pro- cessing of the application. When the Division notifies the local government of the existence of this application, it will request information regarding compliance with applicable local law. It is intended that operators may concurrently come into compli- ance with local requirements at the same time the Division is processing this applica- ti on. Information regarding the status with Ioca1 government will be helpful, EXHIBIT G - Source of Legal Right to Enter ' This could be a copy of the lease, deed, abstract of title, or current tax receipt. An acceptable alternative would be a statement acknowledged by a notary public that the operator has the legal right to enter and mine. Otherwise, a financial warranty of 55,000.00 will automatically be set, For all ZII permits, the financial warranty shall be 52,500.00 per acre. The operator must also submit evidence of the financial warranty provided under the governmental contract, if it was required.
