7. Upon locating the gas cap on 5/21 /04, the gas cap had been
moved 39' from 1680 feet to 1719 feet resulting in 121,262 gallons of
displaced fluid.
8. Injection of nitrogen was re-established at the previous rates and
maintained 5-21-04 through 5-28-04.
9. Upon locating the gas cap on 5128/04, the gas cap had been
moved 5' from 1719 feet to 1724 feet resulting in an additional 91,310
gallons of displaced fluid.
10. The injection of nitrogen gas was ended 5/28/04. The gas cap was
displaced 44 feet resulting in 212,572 gallons of displaced fluid.
