Winsor: <br />I have completed my adequacy review of the 110 permit applications <br />nine Prowers County gravel pits captioned above. In general, thes <br />applications are very thorough and well-assembled, and I have no s <br />adequacy questions. I do have a few brief questions for some of t <br />operations and will list these questions under each operation. An <br />or exhibit not mentioned is considered adequate now.
