Conditions appeared stable <br />and acceptable at ponds 005 and 009. Pond 006 had approximately <br />9,000 cubic yards of sediment dredged from i~ as pond <br />maintenance in July and August. The sediment was pumped into the <br />bottom of the existing 'B' pit. Repairs need to be completed at <br />the far west end of the slump area in the NE corner of pond 006. <br />Per the Division's request, Seneca will be submitting TR-26, the <br />remediation plan for this area. <br />If you have any questions, please call me. <br />Sincere <br />A~~avi'rk}~, P .
