Twentymile Coal Company: Fish Creek & Rai] Load Out <br />U.S. Waters Inventory & Wetland Delineation <br />• 8.0 POTENTIAL IMPACTS TO WETLANDS <br />Any activity that discharges dredge or fill materials into the Waters of the <br />United States, including wetlands, is regulated by Section 404 of the CR'A. A <br />permit is required prior to conducting projects that discharge into the Waters of the <br />United States. The proposed Twentymile Coal Company development activities will <br />result in regulated discharges.
