See Exhibit E. <br />3. Description of overburden <br />Test holes revealed very little overburden. When <br />some is encountered it will be stockpiled apart from <br />the top soil, and will be used in the reclamation. <br />4. Thickness of bravel layer. <br />Appears to be over 10'. <br />5. Description of roads to do from pit - Show on ~aap - Ex E <br />An old trail road will be used south from the pit to <br />the section, thence sou th along this section line to <br />a county road. Trail road will not be graded, but will <br />be smoothed with a maintainer. See exhibit E and Map. <br />6. Show disturbance to land surface. <br />Disturbance of land surface will be minimal except in <br />the pit area where the gravel will be removed after <br />the top soil has been removed and stored. <br />7. Show disensions of axiatinb and proposed roads that <br />will be used. <br />See Exhibit E and portion of of county road map. <br />B. Spocify how such water will be used, if any. <br />There will be no water used in this operation and <br />no ground water is anticipated. <br />9. De~eribe any around water and/or the affect. <br />No ground water is anticipated, none is evident now. <br />10. Describe if will coaply with Colorado Y~ater Laws. <br />There will not be a conflict with Colorado Water Laws. <br />11, Describe whether bravel will be processed on site. <br />Gravel will not be processed. It will be hauled directly <br />to the road maintenance as it is loaded from the pit. <br />
