EASEMENT LICENSE
This Easement License, made on the ___ day of
199--, by and between the COUNTY OF MESA, STATE
OF COLORADO, a Colorado governmental corporation, 750 Main
Street, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501 , Grantor and Charles C .
DuCray and Sandra R. DuCray, of 117 29 3/4 Road, Grand Junction,
CO 81503 , Grantee .
In consideration of ten dollars and other good and valuable
consideration , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the
Grantor, for itself , and assigns, grants to Grantee , a temporary,
.non-exclusive license forty (40 ) feet in width in, to, upon and
over Lot 3 and Lot 4 , Section 4 , Township 2 South, Range 1 West
of the Ute Meridian for ingress and egress purposes to Grantee ' s
land in Lots 1 and 2 of Section 5 , Township 2 South, Range 1 West
of the Ute Meridian.
The location of this easement shall be along the south
boundary of the lots .
Grantee is to build and maintain the road suitable for
Grantee' s purposes • This License does not establish the quality
of the road which may be required if and when Grantee seeks a
permit to use Grantee' s land benefitted by this License .
�y This license shall expire upon the sooner of years , or
upon the sale or conveyance , voluntary or otherwise, of
Grantee ' s land in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
of Section 5 , Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian .
• IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have duly executed
this agreement .
