• The comprehensive drainage and sediment control program at the <br />Meeker Area Mines Complex is as integrated program consisting of <br />several component systems, some of which have been previously <br />approved and constructed while others await regulatory authority <br />review and approval within the scope of this application. This <br />response is designed to delineate the status of each component <br />system and to provide the reviewer with an index showing where <br />the various systems and documentation aze found within the <br />comprehensive Meeker Area Mines and Associated Facilities <br />Application <br />The drainage and sediment control system for the Rienau No. 2 <br />Mine and Wilson-lt~udy Logdout have been designed <br />under the permanent program regulations and approved by both <br />OSM and CMLR. The system will remain and function according to <br />those approved plans. The approved mining plan for Rienau No. 2 <br />has been incorporated by reference. The system at the Northern <br />• No. 1 portal area, office shop area, and refuse disposal area has <br />been reviewed and approved by CMLR and constructed according <br />to permanent regulatory standazds. The detailed designs of these <br />structures aze enclosed as a part of the comprehensive plan. <br />The following table C-16 has been prepared to identify all <br />components of the drainage and sediment control system as well as <br />their location in the eight volume application. There are two <br />anomalies in the following table (designated by asterisks) which <br />should be clarified for the reviewer: <br />f_J <br />C-la 7/ 71 ~7 <br />
