3.1.1 Overburden and Topsoil Handlin¢ <br />All surface facilities have been constructed or planned for and no <br />additional disturbed area is planned. The pre-mining and reclamation contours and <br />cross sections can be found in Chapter M (Abandonment and Reclamation). Within <br />the disturbed azea, topsoil has been removed and stored. Topsoil in the existing <br />stock pile is approximately 36,000 cubic yards. <br />Stored topsoil has been contoured to a 3:1 slope and stabilized by <br />compacting it to a moderate permeability (0.8 to Z.5 inches/hour).
