~?~~ ~ <br />PAGE 2 Continued EXHIBIT C 6.3.3 - <br />(e) Roads exists on Forest Service Rd # 211 <br />This is a small operation no permanent buildings on sits: <br />Maintenance tools and supplies are kept in JPM tents,orte <br />tent is used for small amounts of processing . This is a <br />placer deposit everything is on the surface, a small <br />screening plant is used for processing (30 in by 72 in) <br />For the time being all items are removed in the off season <br />the 1st of October until the 1 st of May . TR may be <br />requested if the land is patented. <br />All offices display facilities and quarters will be on <br />wheels. <br />(f) Same as (b) <br />(g) As of now there is one water bar, additional bars will be <br />added as needed. There is two pervious shallow earthen <br />pans in place that is functional will add more pans <br />if necessary. The water bar, pans diverts the water to <br />on site dense grassy areas for filtration. The run off <br />from the disturbed portion of the permit area will be <br />handled by a small pervious pond (cognate with one <br />pan). Field inspection of the pond was made and <br />approved by the Water Commissioner. Some conduits <br />(2 in / 4 in) are in place and additional ones may be <br />needed. The Park County maintenance turn around, <br />wood cutters road, and also Forest Service Rd 211 will <br />remain after completed reclamation. <br />(h) The mine water usage will be approx 20,000 gallons <br />per year. <br />On site water usage will be nominal for domestic and <br />small amount used for cleaning gemstones. <br />Permit applied for from water board flow yet to be <br />tested. <br />Source of water - On site spring. <br />
