Allen and Millie J. Allen. <br />Performance and Financial Warranties: <br />The Financial and Performance Warranties will be executed upon approval of our permit. We do <br />agree with the $9,671.00 cost of reclamation. <br />Exhibit "A" (Rule 6.3.1.(2) ): <br />With the Warranty Deed dated February 11, 1999, the Allens now own all of Section 7. Therefore, <br />there are no adjacent owners of record around the pit. There are no other landowners on Section 7 <br />and the Allens own all fences on the land on Section 7, including [he ones shown on the Location <br />Map (enclosed ).
