B. MONITORING REQUIREMENTS 1. Frequency and Sample Type PART I Page le of 19 Permit No. CO-0032115 In order to obtain an indication of the probable compliance or non- compliance with the effluent limitations specified in Part 1.A, the permittee shall monitor all effluent parameters at the following frequencies: (a) Discharge Pointe 001, 008, 010, 012, 013, 014 Effluent Parameter Measurement Frequency d/ Sample Type e/ Flov, MGD Weekly Instantaneoua or Continuous Total Suspended Solids, mg/1 Monthly Grab Total Iron, mg/1 Monthly Grab Oil and Grease, mg/1 fl Weekly Visual pH, s.u. Weekly Grab Settleable Solids, ml/1 j/ Monthly Grab Total Dissolved Solids, mg/1 g/ Quarterly Grab Sampling by the permittee for compliance with the monitoring requirements specified above shall be performed a t the following locations: discharge points 001, 008, 010, 012, 013 and 014. Should a precipitation event or snowmelt occur, the permittee shall submit proof in order for an exemption to be claimed. Said proof shall be submitted as an attachment to the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the appropriate period. See Section I.B.3. Settleable Solids, ml/1 j/ Total Dissolved Solids, mg/1 g/ Whole Effluent Toxicity, Acute Weekly Instantaneous or Continuous Monthly Grab Monthly Grab Weekly Visual Weekly Grab Monthly Grab Quarterly Grab Quarterly Grab (See Sections I.B.6 and I.B.7) Sampling by the permittee far compliance with the monitoring requirements specified above shall be performed at the following location: discharge points 002, 003, 005, 006, 009 and 011. 2. Special Conditions - 005, 011 Measurement Frequency d/ Sample Type e/ Discharge at the flow measuring points for these outfalls need only be sampled/measured when the discharge is from the final sediment pond.
