Frequency and Sample Type <br /> <br />PART I <br />Page le of 19 <br />Permit No. CO-0032115 <br />In order to obtain an indication of the probable compliance or non- <br />compliance with the effluent limitations specified in Part 1.A, the <br />permittee shall monitor all effluent parameters at the following <br />frequencies: <br />(a) Discharge Pointe 001, 008, 010, 012, 013, 014 <br />Effluent Parameter Measurement Frequency d/ Sample Type e/ <br /> <br />Flov, MGD Weekly Instantaneoua <br /> or Continuous <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/1 Monthly Grab <br />Total Iron, mg/1 Monthly Grab <br />Oil and Grease, mg/1 fl Weekly Visual <br />pH, s.u. Weekly Grab <br />Settleable Solids, ml/1 j/ Monthly Grab <br />Total Dissolved Solids, mg/1 g/ Quarterly Grab <br />Sampling by the permittee for compliance with the monitoring <br />requirements specified above shall be performed a t the following <br />locations: discharge points 001, 008, 010, 012, 013 and 014. <br />Should a precipitation event or snowmelt occur, the permittee shall <br />submit proof in order for an exemption to be claimed. Said proof <br />shall be submitted as an attachment to the Discharge Monitoring Report <br />(DMR) for the appropriate period. See Section I.B.3. <br />(b) Discharge Points 002, 003, 005, 006, 009, 011 <br />Effluent Parameter <br />Flor, MGD <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/1 <br />Total Iron, mg/1 <br />011 and Grease, mg/1 f/ <br />pH, s.u. <br />Settleable Solids, ml/1 j/ <br />Total Dissolved Solids, mg/1 g/ <br />Whole Effluent Toxicity, Acute <br />Weekly Instantaneous <br /> or Continuous <br />Monthly Grab <br />Monthly Grab <br />Weekly Visual <br />Weekly Grab <br />Monthly Grab <br />Quarterly Grab <br />Quarterly Grab <br />(See Sections I.B.6 and I.B.7) <br />Sampling by the permittee far compliance with the monitoring <br />requirements specified above shall be performed at the following <br />location: discharge points 002, 003, 005, 006, 009 and 011. <br />2. Special Conditions - 005, 011 <br />Measurement Frequency d/ Sample Type e/ <br />Discharge at the flow measuring points for these outfalls need only be <br />sampled/measured when the discharge is from the final sediment pond. <br />
