Pursuant to Rule 2.1.2(6)(b) submit a written comparison of the proposed post-mining <br />land use to other land uses in the vicinity of the proposed operation. <br />/ 9. Pursuant to Rule 2.1.2('n(a) the reclamation map must show the proposed topography <br />of the area with contour lines of sufficient detail to portray the direction and rate of <br />slope of all reclaimed lands. <br />/10. Dces the existing modular home in the eastern portion of the proposed permit area have <br />a septic system? If so, how do you propose to safely and properly remove the material <br />that has been affected? <br />f 11. Do you plan to have fuel tanks at the site? If so, submit a narrative about the spill <br />containment system and your cleanup contingency plan. <br />Pursuant to Rule 1.5, your response to the above noted concerns will constitute changes to <br />your application. A copy of the changes must be given to the County Clerk and Recorder and <br />proof that the Clerk and Recorder received the copy must be sent to the Division.
