Such increased tieyuency shall also hr <br />indicated. <br />(~ Oil and Grease Monitorin¢ <br />For every outfall with oil and grease monitoring, in the event an oil sheen or floating oil is observed, a grab sample <br />shall be collected, analyzed, and reported on [be appropriate DMR. In addition, corrective action shall be taken <br />immediately to mitigate the discharge of oil and grease. A description of the corrective action taken should be <br />included with the DMR. <br />2. ReootYine of Data <br />Reporting of the data gathered in compliance with Part LB.1 shall be on a monthly bests. Monitoring results shall he <br />summarized for month and reported on Diviston approved discharge monitoring report (DMR) forms (EPA tircm 332U- <br />1). The forms shall be trailed to the agencies listed below so they are received no later than the 28th day of the <br />following month. if no discharge occurs during the reporting period, "No Discharge" shall be reported. <br />The DMR fotms consist of four pages -the top "original' copy, and three attached no-carbon-required copies.
