If B & D Trucking cannot create maps that are in compliance with these rules, it <br />may be necessary to retain the services of a qualified person to prepare the application maps. <br />Exhibit F -Other Permits <br />23.Other permits that may be required for this operation include a county special use permit, a <br />well permit and or storage water right from the Colorado Division of Water Resources. <br />Exhibit J -Proof of Mailing of Notices to County Commissioners and Soil Conservation District <br />24.
