(1985) pertaining to nitrogen and phosphorus <br />deficiencies will be implemented to correct the nutrient imbalances. <br />All soil tests will be performed either by qualified personnel at the <br />Energy Fuels Corporation Quality Control Laboratory or by independent <br />chemists at a qualified laboratory under direction of Kerr Coal. <br />Only standard methods approved by the regulatory authority will be <br />used. <br />Kerr Tioole Area <br />This area will be treated in a similar manner to that detailed for <br />the Kerr North Area above. <br />Marr Mine Area <br />• This area will be treated in a similar manner to that detailed for <br />the Kerr North Area above. <br />(~ Section 816.41 Hydrologic balance: General requirements. <br />(a) Surface mining activities shall be planned and conducted to minimize <br />changes to the prevailing hydrologic balance in both the mine plan and <br />adjacent areas, in order to prevent long-term adverse changes in that <br />balance that could result from those activities. <br />The surface mining activities in the Kerr Mine Area have been planned <br />and will be conducted to minimize changes to the prevailing <br />hydrologic balance, in both the mine plan and adjacent areas, and to <br />prevent long-term adverse changes that might result from mining and <br />reclamation.
