Depths and areal extent of the soil can be <br />found in Table 70, Kerr Tipple Area Soils Plan, and on Map 26, Kerr <br />Tipple Area Soils. <br />Mari"Mine"Aiea <br />All topsoil encountered since 1974 has been removed and either re- <br />applied to backfilled areas (Section 780.18) oz separately stock- <br />piled. <br />(c) Material to be removed in thin topsoil situations. If the topsoil <br />is less than 6 inches, a 6-inch layer that includes the A horizon and <br />the unconsolidated materials immediately below the A horizon or the A <br />horizon and all unconsolidated material if the total available is less <br />than 6 inches, shall be removed and the mixture segregated .and redis- <br />tributed as the surface soil layer, unless topsoil substitutes are <br />approved by the regulatory authority pursuant to paragraph (e) of this <br />Section. <br />816-10 <br />
