GROUNDWATER - Alluvial Valley - Coal Load-Out Facilities -
Dry Creek Area

The following alluvial valley groundwater monitoring program is
proposed for the~load-out area:
I. Within 30 days of permit issuance, H-G Coal Company will
submit a plan for installation of two alluvial groundwater
monitoring wells up-gradient and down-gradient of the
load-out disturbance. Upon approval, the two wells will be
installed within six months of permit issuance.
2. The wells will be monitored semi-annually (once in the
spring and once in the fall) for the following parameters:
M2B7
~~i~_Y.. ~:~ ~:11~" .,'h-.+. _ ._ ~d'_~a e-.t,...:nCr.4s.5Y4: ~_....3'. n..:S Y' ti. ..~.
