(1) <br />(2) <br />(3) <br />(4) <br />(5) <br />Disconnecting power lines <br />Removing Hivol and plywood platform <br />Removing pole <br />Filling in hole and placing topsoil at least 8 in. thick <br />Revegetating any associated disturbance. <br />2.05.6 (2) Fish and Wildlife Plan <br />(a) Each application shall contain a fish and wildlife plan, consistent <br />with 4.18 which provides: <br />(i) A statement of how the plan will minimize disturbances and <br />adverse impacts on fish and wildlife and related environ- <br />mental values during surface coal mining and reclamation <br />operations, and how enhancement of these resources will be <br />achieved, where practicable. The plan shall cover the mine <br />plan area and portions of adjacent areas as determined by <br />the Division pursuant to 2.04.11. <br />(ii) If the applicant states that it will not be practicable, in <br />accordance with Z.05.6(2)(a)(i), to achieve a condition <br />. which clearly shows a trend toward enhancement of fish and <br />wildlife resources at the time revegetation has been success- <br />fully completed under 4.15, a statement shall be provided <br />which establishes, to the satisfaction of the Division, why it <br />is not practicable to achieve such a condition. <br />(iii) A statement explaining how the applicet will utilize impact <br />control measures, management techniques, and monitoring <br />methods to protect or enhance the following, if they are to <br />be affected by the proposed activities: <br />(A) Threatened or endangered species of plants or animals <br />listed by the Secretary un der the Endangered Species <br />Act of 1973, as amended (16 U.S.C. Sec. 1531 et <br />seq) or the Nongame, Endangered or Threatened <br />pecies Conservation Act (Section 33-8-101 et seq., <br />C.R.S. 1973), and their habitates; <br />(B) Species such as eagles, migratory birds or other <br />animals protected by State or Federal law, and their <br />habitats; or other species identified through the con- <br />sultation process pursuant to 4.18; or <br />(C) Habitats of unusually high value for fish and wildlife, <br />such as wetlands, riparian areas, cliffs supporting <br />. raptors, areas offering special shelter or protection, <br />reproduction and nursery areas, and wintering areas. <br />
