(L) To prevent off-site damage we will build a dike on the
north and west boundary of the pit which is the direction of
the runoff. The dike will hold excess solids from flowing
off site while allowing water to take its natural course
onto range land.
(M) The rock will be crushed on site. The area where the
gravel crusher will be situated is shown in Exhibit "E" map.
(N) The primary commodity to be mined is gravel and the
intended use is to build and maintain our county road
system.
