Since the entire area to <br />be mined is 40 acres, you could file a 112 permit application for the entire <br />acreage. The process time for such an application is fran 42 to 90 davs. If <br />you could mine lender ten acres at any one time and feel that you could reclaim <br />sore portion of this acreage (say, get Board release on this acreage of 5 acres), <br />and then add on a like amount with an amendment, then a 110 perntit would be in <br />order.
