Grading has been finished, with no slopes steeper <br />than 4:1, except for the two "islands" supporting <br />Empire Electric Association's transmission line poles <br />on the Northern portion of the pit. These are 100 <br />rock virtually vertical, completely stable, and impossible <br />to alter without adversely affecting the transmission <br />line. <br />Lancaster Pit M-78-110 <br />1. Reclamation grading and seeding has been completed. <br />Brewer Site M-78-111 <br />1. The Brewer Site location has been verified, and is <br />the same as specified in the July 2, 1985 Inspection <br />Report. <br />2. All grading has been completed and no slopes were <br />left steeper than 4:1. <br />3. Reclamation is complete, except for the seeding. <br />
