A. Yes <br />2. As indicated in our November 1, 1985 Annual Report <br />and Reclamation Plan, it is probable that the best <br />we can do for the slopes, with the limited amount <br />of spoil material that is left, is about 2:1. If <br />it is at all physically possible, xe will make the <br />finished slope flatter than 3:1, but until we actually <br />begin the operation, cannot guarantee the end product. <br />3. We do not intend to plant Indian Ricegrass nor Fourwing <br />Saltbush, since the flatter areas will be in corrals <br />and a bunchgrass like Ricegrass is counter-productive <br />to erosion control on the steeper slopes.
