At that time
our Division will need a report for each pit (as per Rule 3.4) that gives
the following information:
"(Z) The Land affected during the preceding year,
(2) The Land to be affected during the coming year, and
(3) Any land reclaimed during the preceding year."
No annual fees need to be paid with these annual reports, since counties
are exempt from such fees.
As I mentioned to you Last year, aII of these permits need to be brought
up to date, given the four years between application submission and permit
issuance. I strongly suggest that you take this opportunity to use the
annual reports to update the status aF each of these six operations.
If a site has been reclaimed, you should inform our Division of this fact
and request release of your reclamation responsibility. Within sixty days
of such a request (or as weather permits) one of our specialists will
inspect any sites requested for release, and our aoard will then consider
the request at the next regularly-scheduled meeting following the inspection.
