be stripped and immediately placed back in completed excavations. This will allow for <br />reclamation to begin within the first one to two years of operation and minimize any "double <br />handling" of overburden material. Once the overburden has been emplaced according to the <br />approved reclamation plan, it will graded and seeded for stabilization. Only the upland areas of <br />the pit lake banks will require revegetation. All of the area below the water surface will not need <br />to be revegetated. This is why the acreage in EXHIBIT L "appears" small, when in fact it covers <br />all of the upland areas. <br />6.4.13 EXHIBIT M -Other Permits and Licenses <br />20. Lafarge is currently in conversations with the CORPS and in the process of completing <br />this work. Lafarge would be pleased to: <br />a) provide copies of these permits to the DMG when they are issued, <br />b) if required, complete a TR should any significant changes be requested by the <br />approving agencies, and <br />c) accept a stipulation in the DMG permit acknowledging the above-mentioned items. <br />21.
