MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM REIMBURSEMENT PER DAY <br />Minimum reimbursement: $700/day, plus mileage @ 40c(mile <br />Maximum reimbursement: The greater of $700/day or $8/foot, not [o exceed $1,300/day, plus mileage @ <br />90q/mile <br />These rates include mobilization, demobilization, rig up, rig down, decontamination, and all <br />non-consultant labor. <br />4-1-2. INSTALL TEMPORARY WELL IN DIRECT PUSH BORING <br />$20.00/well (includes all materials) <br />4-1-3. INSTALL PERMANENT WELL IN DIRECT PUSH BORING <br />$7.00/ft. The $7/ft rate includes all materials except locks and permits. Locks and permits should be billed <br />separately at cos[ plus applicable markup. <br />Permanent well means: l" inside diameter casing, capable of accepting 3/4" diameter bailer, pre-slotted <br />screen, adequate filter pack, bentonite seal, locking cap, street box with traffic-rated cover. <br />4-1-4. WELL ABANDONMENT (closure) <br />$40.00/well (includes materials and labor) <br />4-1-49. CONSULTANT LABOR AND FIELD INSTRUMENTATION <br />Consultant on-site labor allowable for the duration of the direct push boring time, plus two hours.Field <br />instruments such as PIDs (photo-ionization detectors) may be billed separately. <br />4-1-50. MISCELLANEOUS FIELD SUPPLIES <br />$20/day/site.
