The evaluation was performed following the outline of the <br />Streeter Gulch Pond evaluation submitted to you in March 2002. The objective of this exercise <br />was to evaluate compliance of the Rail Loop Pond with Section 4.05.9 of the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology regulations. <br />This submittal includes the following attachments. <br />1. Reclamation Blocks Rail Loop Pond, 006A. This drawing depicts the post-mining <br />topography on which the pond evaluation was based, the Rail Loop watershed outline <br />and the reclamation blocks by year from which the worst-case drainage scenario was <br />developed. State Highway 13 and Good Spring Creek are also indicated. <br />2. Sedimentation Pond Redesign Rail Loop Pond, 006A. This drawin, depicts the <br />post-mining topography and the SEDCAD 4 watershed dissection. <br />3. Pond Footprints Rail Loop Pond, 006A. There are no post mining ponds in the <br />Rai] Loop Pond watershed. <br />4. Rail Loop Pond, OO6A As-Built.
