Our DMG application is part of Grand
County's file and they are aware of the mining and reclamation plan.
On May 13, 1998 the Grand County Commissioners approved the Special Use Permit with the
condition that the DMG's ] 10 permit be made part of the Special Use Permit. This means we
need to supply Grand County with the DMG permit prior to their issuing the approved Special
Use Permit.
Under separate cover, the operator will forward a letter to you from the Grand County Planning
Department outlining this situation. We request the DMG then issue the permit. In a short time,
we will forward a copy of the County Special Use Permit to you for your file.
Please call me if you have any further questions or need other information. We appreciate your attention
to our permit application.
Cordially,
TUTTLE APPLEGATE, INC.
`~1 /
Gary J.
