These wells have been intercepted by <br />underground mining activities or have caved and have been eliminated from the <br />monitoring network. <br />B. Samolino Freouency and Procedure <br />1. Water level measurements will be taken semi-annually at each monitoring <br />well. <br />2. Water quality samples will be collected and analyzed semi-annually. <br />C. Samolino Procedure <br />1. The following information will be provided on each sample bottle label: <br />- Station/Well designation <br />- Date and time <br />- Bottle number <br />- Analysis code <br />- Individual's initials <br />2. Samples will be collected in such a manner as to minimize <br />physical disturbance at the sample point. <br />3. Sampling devices will be cleaned prior to use and samples will <br />be placed in clean sample containers which will be sealed at the <br />sampling site. <br />4. Samples will be placed in a cooler with ice immediately after <br />MR-50 4 Revised -June 2003 <br />
