Buffalo Subdivision <br />Leaf developed the water supply plan for this proposed subdivision in Merino, Colorado. This <br />subdivision will consist of multiple single family dwellings located on 2 acre lots. Water supply <br />for each dwelling consists of individual alluvial wells augmented through on-site recharge of <br />Pawnee Ditch shares. Case No. 96CW 161. <br />Sand Creek Estates Subdivision <br />Leaf developed the water supply plan for this proposed subdivision near Sterling, Colorado. <br />This subdivision will consist of multiple single family dwellings located on 2.5 acre lots. Water <br />supply for each dwelling consists of individual bedrock wells augmented with Morgan-Prewitt <br />reservoir water. Case Nos. 98CW280 and 98CW281. <br />Columbine Acres Subdivision <br />Leaf developed the water supply plan for this subdivision near Sterling, Colorado. This <br />subdivision consists of multiple single family dwellings. Water supply for each dwelling <br />consists of individual wells augmented with Morgan-Prewitt reservoir water. Case Nos. <br />96CW117, 98CW366, 99CW136 & O1CW004. <br />Lost Creek Ground Water Manaeement District <br />Leaf provided engineering services for the District regazding technical review of a pending basin <br />export plan by Eagle Peak Farms, Ltd. Leaf provided expert testimony before the Colorado <br />Ground Water Commission and the Lost Creek Ground Water Management District Board. <br />Case Nos. 97LC1, 98CV1727, 99CV1097, and 97CW2439. <br />Upper Black Squirrel Groundwater Manaeement District <br />Leaf provided engineering services for the District regarding technical review of a regional and <br />local aquifer impacts from pumping of Cherokee Water and Sanitation District wells. In <br />addition, Leaf has provided the District and El Paso County with technical information on the <br />Upper Black Squirrel Basin. <br />Leaf has also provided engineering services in a pending application to the Ground Water <br />Commission for the transfer of consumptive use from a historically irrigated parcel near Ellicott <br />to a proposed subdivision 5 miles south of the historic irrigation.
