Historic Use Analysis of Bruneaidt Farms Imgation Well <br />Leaf was the Principal consultant to Brungardt Farms, near Brush, Colorado, in an evaluation of <br />the historic use of an irrigation well. The Brungardt Farm adjudicated a water right in Division I <br />Water Court. Case No. 92CW94. <br />Historic Use analvsis of the Davis Brothers Ditch <br />Leaf was the Principal consultant to Howard Hettinger, near Merino Colorado, for the evaluation <br />of the historic use of the Davis Brothers Ditch and alternate point of diversion of the Davis <br />Brothers shazes through existing imgation wells. Case No. 98CW367. <br />Draw-down Ana[vsis of Alluvial Well near Illiff <br />Leaf was the Principal consultant to VonSeggem Land and Cattle Company in Illiff for a well to <br />well draw-down analysis of a new well installed by the cattle company. The VonSeggern Land <br />and Cattle Co. adjudicated a water right in Division I Water Court. Case No. 93CW65. <br />Alternate Point of Diversion for Davis Brothers Ditch Wells <br />Leaf developed plans for the APD pumping of wells under the Davis Brothers Ditch. The Davis <br />Brothers Ditch river headgate is no longer operational. The APD pumping allows the wells to <br />divert the senior decrees of the Davis Brothers Ditch through the irrigation wells. Case Nos. <br />96CW223, 98CW227, 98-CW-367, 98CW339. <br />Alternate Point of Diversion for Schneider Ditch Wells <br />Leaf developed plans for the APD pumping of wells under the Schneider Ditch. The APD <br />pumping allows the wells to divert the senior decrees of the Schneider Ditch through the <br />irrigation wells. This application is not yet decreed. <br />Comprehensive Land Use Plan for Moark Hatcheries. LLP. <br />Leaf developed a land use plan for an egg washing facility and 1,000,000 egg laying facility in <br />Roggen.
