Outta11003A/003Xtlowed each week of the period. Outtall 022A/022X flowed during each week of July, but did not <br />flow during the months of August and September. Outtall 024A/024X did not flow during the period. No permitExcursions <br />were noted during this period. <br />In 2004, BTU Empire received approval from CDPHE to reduce the frequency of Whole fttluent Toxicity (WET) testing for <br />Outtalis 003X, 022X, and 024X to an annual basis (a change from the previous quartedy basis). Annual chronic WET testing <br />was performed in June 2006 on Outtalls 003X and 022X. Both sites were in compliance{see attached report results). Outtall <br />024X did not flow during the period. <br />Outtalk,004A,007A,009A,011A,012A,013A,014A,015A,016A,017A,018A,019A,020A,021A,022Al022X,023A,and <br />~024A/024X, along with Site 3001, tlid not discharge during this period. In order to reduce the amount ot~paper work, the <br />following certification will be substituted for the actual DMR Corms to cover the outtalk, which ditl not discharge. <br />1 certi/y under penalty of law that 1 have personally examined and am familiar with the in/ormation submitted herein; end <br />based on my inquiry o1 those individuals responsible /or obtaining the information, /believe the submitted in/ormetrion is <br />true, accurate, and complete.
