Outtall 003A/003X flowed each week of the period. Outtall 022A/022X flowed during each week of July, but did not <br />flow during the months of August and September. Outtall 024A/024X did not flow during the period. No permilExcursions -- <br />were noted during this period. <br />In 2004, BTU Empire received approval from CDPHE to reduce the frequency of Whole Effluent Toxicity (WE'n testing for <br />Outfalls 003X, 022X, and 024X to an annual basis (a change from the previous quarteny basis). Annual chronic WET testing <br />was pedormetl in June 2006 on Outtalls 003X and 022X. Both sites were in compliance (see attached report results). Outfall <br />024X did not flow during the pedod. <br />Outtalls,004A,007A,009A,011A,012A,013A,014A,015A,O16A,017A,018A,019A,020A,021A,022A/022X,023A,and <br />l024A/024X, along with Sire 3001, did not discharge during this period. In order !o reduce the amount of paper work, the <br />following certification will be substitutetl for the actual DMR forms to cover the outtalls, which did not discharge. <br />I certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the in/ormation submitted herein; and <br />based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, 1 believe the submitted in/ormation is <br />true, accurate, and complete. l am aware that there are significant penalties forsubmitting false information, including the <br />possibility o/fine and imprisonment. See 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 33 U.S.C. § 1319.
