Proposed Future Land Use Rangeland and Recreation <br />(Goal of reclamation) <br />EXHIBIT A - Legal Description <br />The legal description must identify the affected land and be wholly adequate for field <br />location of the property. It can be in the form of metes b bounds survey or a <br />description by reference to township, range, and section, to at least the nearest <br />quarter-quarter section. Where applicable, the street address or lot number(s) inay be <br />used. <br />EXHIBIT d - Mining Plan <br />This can be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, phases or stayes of the <br />operation and those areas of land affected oy each. Tne plan should be correlated with <br />the snap and should show where extraction will begin, and which direction, if•any, it <br />will proceed. <br />EXHIBIT C - Map <br />This map should clearly define the perrnit boundaries and contain sufficient information <br />to determine the location of the affected land on the ground and existing and proposed <br />roads or access routes to be used in connection with the mining operation. All <br />immediately adjacent landowners of record must oe shown. The quarter section corner, <br />section line, or any other locataole points should also be shown on this snap. <br />EXHIBIT 0 -Wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation and Soils Information <br />Each of the aoove~nentioned subjects must be addressed as outlined in the applicable <br />Rule. <br />EXNIdIT E - Reclamation Plan <br />As with the mining plan, this should be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, <br />phases or stayes of the reclamation process and those portions of land affected by each. <br />If possible, the plan should be closely correlated with the .nap. If not, the narrative <br />must be comprehensive enough to draw an accurate verbal picture of the expected <br />appearance of the area after completion of reclanation. <br />• <br />
