If channel erosion is evident after initial reclamation, other methods may be
utilized to eliminate erosion. These methods may include the use of gabions,
temporary fabric fences or similar devices.
Sedimentation ponds and temporary diversion structures will be backfilled,
reclaimed and abandoned as required. They hydrological balance of the permit area
will be returned to a state very closely resembling that prior to effecting the area.
