6.4.19- Exhibit S -Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />Permanent man-made structures within 200 ft of the affected land are listed in <br />Exhibit C-2 and are as follows: <br />1) Poudre Valley REA Utility Pole <br />2) Poudre Valley REA Utility Pole <br />3) Little Thompson Water District Water Line <br />4) Poudre Valley REA Utility Pole <br />5) Poudre Valley REA Utility Pole <br />6) Xcel Energy Gas Line <br />7) Duke Energy Field Services Gas Line <br />8) Larimer County Engineering Department, LCR 901 (County Line Road) <br />9) Weld County Dept. of Public Works, County Line Road (LCR 901/WCR13) <br />The applicant has contacted Owners of Structures via mail and is seeking <br />agreements. All Letters of Correspondence regarding structures have been <br />enclosed. <br />As maintenance providers and co-owners with Larimer County, Weld County has <br />signed a structure agreement with LRM for County Line Road (WCR 13), a copy <br />of which is included with this exhibit. LRM is seeking a structure agreement with <br />Larimer County Engineering for County Line Road, as co-owners of the road. A <br />copy of the letter and agreement is included with this exhibit. <br />All utility owners have been contacted regarding mining within 200 feet from their <br />structures and all of them have provided notarized letters stating the proposed <br />operation will have no negative effect on their facilities. <br />The Little Thompson Water District (LTWD) has provided a notarized letter <br />stating that the proposed mining operation will have no negative effect on their <br />utility. A copy of the notarized letter from LTWD is included with this exhibit. <br />Duke Energy has provided a notarized letter stating that the proposed mining <br />operation will have no negative effect on their utility (gas pipeline). The notarized <br />letter from Duke Energy is included with this exhibit. <br />The Poudre Valley Rural Electric Association (PVREA) has provided a notarized <br />letter stating they have no objection to the proposed mining operation with regard <br />to their utility facilities (power poles).
