Effluent Limitations <br />Begiming no lour than the effective dau of this permit and lasting through January 31, 2000, the permi[tee is authorized to <br />discharge from outfall 001, the discharge of mine drainage and surface nmoff to Fish Creek; and 002, the discharge of domestic <br />effluent prior to enuring the Emerald Spring spoils spring. <br />In accordance with the Waur /Zttality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 10.1.3, and Regulations <br />for the Stau Discharge Permit Sysum, Section 6.9.2, 5 C.C.R. 1002-2, the permitted discharge shall not contain effluent <br />parameur concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified flow limitation. <br />(a) Outfall00l <br />EFfluent Parameter <br />Discharge Limitations <br />30-Dav Ave <br />Daily Max <br />Flow, MGD <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/f <br />pH, s.u. BODS per day for orgmic loading (30-0ay average). <br />ii) Facilities Oceration (outfall 0021 <br />The permittee shag at all times properly operau sad maintain all facilities and sysums of treatment and control <br />(and related appurtenances) which are installed or used by the permittce to achieve compliance with the <br />conditions of this permit. This provision requires the operation of back-up or auxiliary facilities or similar <br />sysums only whey necessary to achieve compliance with the conditions of the permit.
