These will be marked as such in the field.
Topsoil piles TS 1 and TS2 will be used to reclaim the Coal Processing Waste Disposal Area. The area
will first be covered to a depth of three (3) feet with subsoil material from the previously disturbed area
behveen the slope belt and the refuse pile. The outslope will then be covered with material from TS2 (B &
C horizon material). The refuse surface will be then covered with A horizon material [o the extent
available. The area will be covered to an average depth of four feet with a minimum of one foot of topsoil.
Where sufficient subsoil material is not available, additional topsoil may be used to achieve cover
Topsoil pile TS~3 will be used to reclaim the area of disturbance from reclamation of Pond 5. Subsoil
material stored in the pond embankment will be spread over the disturbance to return the area to
approximate original contour. Topsoil from TS4 will then be spread over the area to a depth of
approximately one (I) foot.
Topsoil pile TSS will be used to reclaim the Longwall Substation area. This area will be covered with
approximately six (6) inches of topsoil. Any remaining topsoil will be spread over the area disturbed by
the Diesel and Rockdust Service Drops, SAE's 4, 5, and 6..
Remote Topsoil piles created during construction of the Thud North Intake Shaft. The North Bleeder 1'an
Shaft, and various Degas Well Sites will be transferred to Stroud Oil for reclamation of these areas upon
termination of Stroud's use of these facilities for industrial Use (methane gas recovery).
•
2.05-10 (Permit Renewal &a~=~-n 3/31/00)
~i N ~3
