Compliance Schedule - Salinity Reoort (continued) No later than 14 calendar days following each date identified in the above schedule of compliance, the permittee shall submit either a report of progress or, in the case of specific actions being required by identified dates, a written notice of compliance or noncompliance, any remedial actions taken, and the probability of meeting the next scheduled requirement. In any case in which a compliance schedule has been timely submitted, failure to obtain the Division's approval shall not be considered a violation of the permit unless the Division shows that absence of approval or disapproval has resulted from the failure of the permittee to furnish information reasonably required or requested in order to process the compliance schedule. B. MONITORING REQUIREMENTS 1. Freauencv and Sample Tempe For Outfalls 001. 002. 004 and 015 In order to obtain an indication of the probable compliance or non- compliance with the effluent limitations specified in Part I, Section A.1, the permittee shall monitor effluent parameters at the following required frequencies, the results to be reported on the Discharge Monitoring Report (See Part I, Section B.3.): Effluent Parameter Flow, MGD Total Suspended Solids, Total Iron, mg/1 Oil and Grease, mg/1 pH, s.u. Whole Effluent Toxicity, Measurement Freauencv Weekly mg/1 Monthly Monthly Weekly Weekly Acute Quarterly Sample Twe Instantaneous or Continuous Grab Grab Visual J Grab Grab Self-monitoring samples taken in compliance with the monitoring requirements specified above shall be taken at the following location(s): at outfalls 001, 002, 004 and 015 - at the effluent flow meters.
