Compliance Schedule - Salinity Reoort (continued) <br />No later than 14 calendar days following each date identified in the above schedule of <br />compliance, the permittee shall submit either a report of progress or, in the case of <br />specific actions being required by identified dates, a written notice of compliance or <br />noncompliance, any remedial actions taken, and the probability of meeting the next <br />scheduled requirement. <br />In any case in which a compliance schedule has been timely submitted, failure to obtain <br />the Division's approval shall not be considered a violation of the permit unless the <br />Division shows that absence of approval or disapproval has resulted from the failure <br />of the permittee to furnish information reasonably required or requested in order to <br />process the compliance schedule. <br />B. MONITORING REQUIREMENTS <br />1. Freauencv and Sample Tempe For Outfalls 001. 002. 004 and 015 <br />In order to obtain an indication of the probable compliance or non- compliance with the <br />effluent limitations specified in Part I, Section A.1, the permittee shall monitor <br />effluent parameters at the following required frequencies, the results to be reported <br />on the Discharge Monitoring Report (See Part I, Section B.3.): <br />Effluent Parameter <br />Flow, MGD <br />Total Suspended Solids, <br />Total Iron, mg/1 <br />Oil and Grease, mg/1 <br />pH, s.u. <br />Whole Effluent Toxicity, <br />Measurement Freauencv <br />Weekly <br />mg/1 Monthly <br />Monthly <br />Weekly <br />Weekly <br />Acute Quarterly <br />Sample Twe <br />Instantaneous <br />or Continuous <br />Grab <br />Grab <br />Visual J <br />Grab <br />Grab <br />Self-monitoring samples taken in compliance with the monitoring requirements specified <br />above shall be taken at the following location(s): at outfalls 001, 002, 004 and 015 <br />- at the effluent flow meters. <br />Amendment No. 1 Issued 0~ f Effective O g ~/ y <br />See Part I.C. for Footnotes <br />.~. <br />
